Vista Tutorial - Downloading & Distributing Messages & Signatures

Hi,

I just set up Windows Live Mail on my new laptop running Vista Basic. I
have a couple of odd things that I am sure are very simple to remedy but
which I just cannot find a solution for.

First - Live mail is searching for Messages in EVERY folder in ALL my email
accounts which is crazy as it only needs to search in the INBOX of each
account - how do I stop it doing this as it takes too long each time?

Second - when it receives mail it is not distributing it to the Inbox each
separate account but rather just pooling it in the Quick View Unread mail &
All Inbox folders - how do I get it to distribute the mail?

Plus it is disappointing that I am now unable to set-up my signature as I
had it in Hotmail, that is including links & formatting - if anyone knows how
to do this I would be most grateful for any tips.

Right click Quick views, Select quick views, check All inbox. Uncheck ones
that you don't need.
Note: Quick views can also have a View, Show or hide setting.

Quick views only shows the email that is in the folders. It does not
distribute the mail.

Thanx Ron - that's fixed that problem

Now how to stop it searching ALL the folders for new messages & how to make
a signature with links in it???

File, Save as, ***.htm
Tools, Options, Signatures, use ***.htm file for the signature.
