There used to be a "paper clip" icon on Outlook, Windows Mail, etc. to click
on in order to add a file to a message. Is there a way to put that back
instead of having to go through extra steps to do this?

My New Mail window in WLM has an "Attach" button. Have you tried that?

Well, I must be blind because I cannot see an attach button anywhere.
