QED: Are those zero-byte files still being created in %system%\Documents and
Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp folder after installing KB972260?
 Compare this fix to the fix for the behavior described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969938
(i.e., huge number of sites running
in Restricted Sites zone causing slow performance in IE8). This bug was
also addressed in a recent Cumulative Security Update (KB969897 IIRC).
