| | Error 4402 - sync problem I was using windows live mail for a while without any problems, but all of suden it stopped working for my hotmail account. I can still send/retrieve e-mails from my other accounts, but nothing from my hotmail. I already deleted the accounts I had created on Windows Live Mail cause I read that could be problem, but it did not solve the problem in my case. Any suggestions on what to do be able to send/received all messages from my 3 e-mails accounts through Win.Live Mail? Thanks for your help - Gus -- gg |

| | Re: Error 4402 - sync problem Think of whether you may have installed any software recently that may be causing this. Or, any changes that you have made to your Windows Live account either at live.com or in Windows Live Mail. Antivirus email checking can sometimes cause issues. Turn off the option in your Antivirus software that checks email. | | Re: Error 4402 - sync problem Make sure you have send authentication enabled. Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
