My messages are not being delievered nor are messages being delivered to me.
I am getting very frustrated, this has been going on for 3 days now... I was
beginning to think it was the other persons fault, because usually hotmail is
very repliable. Please tell me what I need to do to get my email on track?

Because you posted in a Windows Live Mail group, one might assume that you
are using Windows Live Mail, but ...

Because your problem statement is lacking sufficient information, even that
assumption may be incorrect.

Who is using Hotmail? You, your recipient, or both of you? How are you
sending/reading the email? Client (Windows Live Mail), or web browser
(Internet Explorer)?
