new message form already filled in??? Help please.

I pasted a document into an unaddressed email and saved it (I thought) as a
draft to send later. Now when I click on "new" to write a message the forms
pops up already filled with the draft message and I can't make it go
away????? What's up with that?

Using Live 14 on XP
