Signed plain text shown as attachment?

Using WLM Desktop Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.0206) , messages
containing signed plain text show up with the text as an attachment -

--===============1562663376==
Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha256;
protocol="application/pgp-signature";
boundary="QXO0/MSS4VvK6f+D"
Content-Disposition: inline

--QXO0/MSS4VvK6f+D
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Disposition: inline
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

---------------------------

This seems incorrect, since it is clearly plain text.
