My mail live is duplicating all mails when I configure in an account to
"delete from server after 'X' days". (X = number more than 0).

It is a big problem, because I need this configuration here, we receive
mails by group in our server and the messages are distributes in sub accounts
so, I need to configure to save de messages in a server for 3 day for others
user in the same group receive de same message. After this time, the message
has been deleted from server, but I receive the same message today, and
tomorrow, and after, etc...

Can Someone help me, please ?

Try creating a new Identity.
If that solves the problem, import the messages from the old Identity.
Also, turn off virus scanning of emails.
