| | Re: Save single "business card" in VCF God you people are so thick! Torquemada is asking a very simple question... one that people all over the world are asking. Why the hell can't we export single VCF files from Windows Live Mail? That's it. Simple question. End of story. I might add, why the hell can't we export the contents of a group as well? Simple questions. Now will somebody from Microsoft give us a simple answer - or are you all the proud owners of micro soft brains?!!!!!! | | RE: Save single "business card" in VCF format Dearest Microsoft. We love you, really, but you make life hard for us sometimes. Torquemada is asking a VERY simple question... one that millions of people all over the world are asking. Why oh why oh why can't we export single VCF files from the Windows Live Mail contacts list? That's it. Simple question. End of story. I would add another question... why oh why oh why can't we export the contents of a contacts group as well? You see... very simple questions. Really really simple. Now will somebody from Microsoft please give us a simple answer. Please! OK, I will make it even more simple for you. Here are some multiple choice answers. Please choose the appropriate one. 1) Yes, we are working on the problem and will make the export of single VCF files (and contact groups) available in the next upgrade of Windows Live Mail. 2) No, we hate and despise you and we will not do this for you. Why? Because we have a monopoly so we can do what we like. Hahahahaha! Please choose the correct response. I'm sure you are not ALL the proud owners of soft micro brains. Some no doubt are - but not ALL of you surely! Many thanks :-) - - - - - - - - - - - - - "Torquemada" wrote: Quote: > > The problem is, what is you want to pass a half dozen "contacts" to a > colleague? The old way was simple, just drag and drop. | | Re: Save single "business card" in VCF If you look at the responders in this forum, it should be easy to ascertain that this is forum of your peers, not Microsoft...I.e. think of those posting in this forum as the choir. No one here works for Microsoft. If one wishes to ask Microsoft, as many others know and have done, that is accomplished using the online Windows Live Mail Help support option. Why doesn't WLM export single vcf files. Simple, no option included to do so. Why can't groups be exported. Apparently only your own VCard is accessible separately and only when you're logged in. E.g. Insert, My Business Card is inactive until I do that.
