Hi,
I was wondering if anyone in this group knows about a (3rd party?) plugin
that can be used with WLM to edit and send HTML messages.
Thanks in advance.

Windows Live Mail is an email/newsgroup/rss reader...it can receive html
emails an send them. If you want an html editor look it up in Bing.

creating the HTML, and then a copy/paste to the Windows Live Mail message
compose window. It does look like there are a couple of options for adding
HTML code in the Windows Live Mail message compose window.
If you'd like them to return the function that MS Outlook Express had, there
is a "Send Feedback" option in the WLMail "Help" menus.
