| | Managing Contacts between WL and WLM I need help understanding how to keep my contacts in sync on both the WL/server and WLM/database on my computer, what is being synchronized automatically by the system and what must be performed manually. Please explain: 1) When I add/edit contacts on WL/server, how do I make sure the changes apply on the WLM database on my computer? 2) When I add/edit contacts on WLM database on my computer, how do I make sure the changes apply on WL/server? 3) When do I need to use the synch function on WLM (regarding contacts only)? 4) When do I need to use the import/export function on WLM (regarding contacts only)? Thank You, A. |

WLMail, for from a different application than WLMail. Also when copying to/from another service than Windows Live (as in copying Yahoo! Mail contacts). If you only ever use Windows Live Mail, with a single Windows Live account, I don't see why you would need to use import/export. -- Norman ~Oh Lord, why have you come ~To Konnyu, with the Lion and the Drum |
