Vista - How to Create Windows Live Mail Account Programmatically - Any API

Hi
I want to create Windows Live Mail POP3 account programmatically.Can any
body point out the help or any links where can i get information.

I am seeing SDK Development for Live Messanger but did not find APIs for
email account creation in Windows Live Mail v14.
Is this API not exposed my microsoft ?

I would be great help if any one can point out me right information.

undocumented APIs to create email account in Windows Live Mail,
on some non-disclosure based contract ?

Any idea when,this API will get released by Windows Live Mail Team ? Any
rough timeline if you are aware of.
Now,I am thinking of creating email account by knowing it's strucutre.I am
seeing it is creating .oeaccount file into UserProfile folder that way I can
create email acccount..
