First, you are apparently not seeing the Menu Bar" in your WLM installation.
Click the "Menu icon" and select "Show Menu Bar". It is next to the "?"
icon at the top right of the main mail screen - there's also one on a
compose screen, but you need the one on the main mail screen. Then you
should see the File - Edit - View - Insert - etc. commands.
This is where you would find "File - Import" . . . . but since you were
apparently not seeing the Menu Bar, I question whether you really used the
Import feature to bring in your messages. Did you "forward" the messages to
yourself? This would result in the TO and FROM fields having the same
name - your name.
And lastly, the "Sync" feature is the Send / Receive you are looking for.
Right click on the Tool Bar - Customize - and add "Sync". You can use it
anytime to download or send out mail.
