Can't send e-mail to Hotmail people

    Can't send e-mail to Hotmail people

    I can't send e-mail or forward mail to people with hotmail addresses. Is
    there a solution for this please - anyone? It was O.K. before I upgraded to
    Windows 7 and Win live mail.
