Ekkkk Help please. I am new to Windows Live because of just purchasing a
new computer. When I log in to Windows live. My mail is received but, I
cant click on it or respond to email mail. The window that opens is clear
and cant view it. I am using Version 2009 14.0.80090726 on Windows 7

Welcome to Windows 7 and Windows Live! ;<)

But we need some clarification: Windows Live is a whole family of programs
(Mail, Messenger, Photo Gallery...) all under the Windows Live Essentials
umbrella - and they all use the same or nearly the same build number - so we
don't know which one you need help with unless you include the full name. I
THINK you mean Windows Live Mail since that is what this newsgroup is for,
but please always say Windows Live Mail - or WLM - or WLMail when it might
be confused with WLMsgr.

More clarification: Are you using POP3 email, or Hotmail, or IMAP - or some
other mail protocol?

Finally, please tell us, step by step, how you are receiving your mail and
trying to read or respond. If there are error messages, please quote them
verbatim, don't paraphrase. Just click in the window and Copy the whole
message and paste it into your next post.

Not sure if this will fix it but try this. Click tools, Safty options, click
on the security tab. Make sure the box that says "block inages in html mail"
is unchecked, & "show images & content" is checked. If this doesn't help you
might have to call your comp manufacturer tech support. You should have a
year free.
