    No Outside Provider Mail

I do not want to be an MSN user but Windows 7 seems to be determined to make
me one and won't allow me to sign up to the email program built in to the
system using my old (and proper) blueyonder.co.uk address which is what I've
been using for the past ten years.

I want to use my email account NOW. Not google, not live, not hotmail, not
yahoo. My outside provider. I need help big time with this - anyone know
how to do this without having to pay Microsoft more of the money they don't
    deserve?

Use any e-mail client you want. Win7 does not include an e-mail program.
If you don't want to use Windows Live Mail, try Thunderbird. Or Google for
    other options.

You can set up your blueyonder address using the appropriate SMTP and POP
servers, much the way you did prior to Windows 7, using Windows Live Mail or
any other email program you choose.

How about me? Are you willing to pay me for the advice?

Just kidding; but there is a wealth of information on Windows 7 and email
client out there. I've long use Pegasus Mail, instead of any built-in MS
client. Works just fine under Windows 7 (I may have set up Windows XP
    compatibility, I just don't remember).

    In Windows Live Mail
    Tools/Accounts/Add/Email/Next
    - follow the prompts and use the correct settings provided by your email provider

It is not necessary to sign in to Windows Live services to use Windows Live Mail
If you are signed on with a Live ID and prefer not to
