"Browser"? "Windows Live Page"? You are entirely in the wrong place.
Windows Live Mail is a desktop program, not a page on the web.
You must open Windows Live Mail in order to change its settings.
Perhaps you are talking about Windows Live Hotmail which is
supported here:
