Message: "Thre was an error opening this message. An error has occurred."
Windows 7 OS.
This condition occurred with just two emails from people I regularly receive
email from. All other emails, including from these same people open just
fine.
I wrote to Microsoft Tech Support but did not get a reply (yet).
Anyone know a fix for this?

Tools (ALT+T), Safety Options, Security. Make sure that WLM is set to
the Restricted Zone.
If that doesn't help, what type of mail account is it? POP3, IMAP or
HTTP?
