I downloaded it and followed the installation instructions but what now?

I cannot see the application in my list of programs so don't know where to
get at it to process it.

I have to associate it with my Mailwasher application when I find it.

Please advise, Roy.

If you truly can't find it, do the following:

1. Click on the "start orb"

2. Type "windows live mail" in the search box.

3. Now look and you will see the icon for Windows Live Mail.

If you don't, then it is surely not installed on your computer.

Mailwasher already installed? Remove it before installing Live Mail and when it is
installed then and only then re-install Mailwasher

Well, it isn't there so it cannot have installed itself as it reported.

Did you double click the downloaded file to start the install ?
