Are the feeds present in Internet Explorer ?
To access Feeds press Control Shift K or from the WLM Menu select Go/Feeds
If I right click a feed and select Manage Feed a dialog box pops up with an option to configure the update frequence for all Feeds.
If I then click a feed in the dialog box(you may see 2 for each feed, click the second) the 'Edit Feed' option becomes available -
clicking on 'Edit feed' provides additional configuration options(custom/update/frequency) unique for that specific feed
