where did my imported messages go

    Hi
I created a folder and saved it to disk. From my old computer of my
    exported OE 6 messages.
Now I hooked up my new computer WIN 7 and created a folder on my documents
    and pasted the messages there.
These a re all the DBX folder.

Now I went to Windows Live mail and did the import thing, I chose OE 6 and
it looks like the import was workig.

But where should they all be now. I can't find them and actually I thought
they would be part of my new e-mails.
Example all my Inbox messages would be in my Inbox now.

    But I can
    t find them anywher.
    Please help
    Thanks

Did you copy the entire OE store folder? With Folders.dbx?

Copy the *ENTIRE* OE message store folder to a flash drive. (Folders.dbx
must be included). Place this on the Desktop or other location on the
machine using WLMail. Open WLMail and: File | Import | Messages |
Microsoft Outlook Express 6 and point to where you saved it.

If you did it correctly, check the Storage Folders.

All imported email goes to folders in Storage folders.
Alt + V, Layout, Folder pane, check Show Storage folders.
If you delete an account in WLMail, the account folders will also be
    deleted.
If you want to move the imported emails, you can only move the emails and
    not the folder.

I did all what you said and they are not in the storage folders.

    I tried more than once.
    Thanks

You replied to yourself, so we don't know "who is you". You never answered
    this question:

Did you copy the entire OE store folder? With Folders.dbx?

If Folders.dbx was not included, the import will /appear/ to be working,
but the end result is zilch.
