My email account has an error, not to do with my local settings (no settings
have been changed, and I get the same error when I acces from ony one of 3
different computer, using Windows Live Mail. I can't send emails. Error
message is:

The server does not support a SSL connection.

Server Response: 250 OK
Server: 'smtp.live.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC7D
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): Yes

It's been like this for 12 hours now. I there a servier problem at Hotmail?

Try it on port 587 instead of 25.
