Have you checked in the options of Mailwasher to make sure you have that set
up correctly, you could also try their support, which is very good, to see
if they can help you.
I use Mailwasher Pro on my Windows 7 machine with Windows Live Mail and have
no problems. After telling Mailwasher to Process the mail it opens WLM I
then go to Tools and click on Sync all email and all my emails come into
their respective Inboxes.
