What you type should wrap to the composition window as you type. At
least what you see.
When the message is written to the Outbox folder for sending, WLM
applies final wrapping that affects what the recipient will see or what
you will see in the Sent Items folder.
If you are composing in Plain Text, you settings at Tools (ALT+T),
Options, Send, Mail, Plain text settings are used. There is a wrap
length that is applied when the message is written to the Outbox. It
doesn't affect wrapping as you type.
If you use MIME with Quoted-printable encoding for text, many mail
clients on receiving the message will reflow the message to wrap to the
message reading window.
If composing in HTML format, which requires MIME and normally uses
quoted-printable, the wrap setting there doesn't apply.
Are you composing in Plain text or HTML format?
What settings do you have for the format that you are using?
If you are using HTML format, are you using any Stationery? If so, what
one?
