Am I downloading just the Headers, or the Torsos as well?

Am I downloading just the Headers, or the Torsos as well?

Under "Synchronization settings", I have chosen "Download headers only",
which I can only assume means that message bodies are not being
downloaded... which is what I want... I think.

Yet if I click on one/any of the 5800 message headers, I see the following
in the window below: "Message has not been downloaded... to download message
click here". When I click on the "here" link, I can INSTANTLY read the
message! I don't think the body could be downloaded that quickly... could
    it?

How fast the message can download depends on the message size, your
Internet connection and how busy the server is.

Even with a dial-up connection, a message of a few KB can be downloaded
    nearly instantly.

Use the troubleshooting log for WLMail to find out. What you will
probably see is an XOVER done which includes the message number of the
message you are interested in and then an ARTICLE done for that one
specifically, at the time that you requested it.

    Good luck

I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't even know what WLM
troubleshooting log is! Although God knows I should, what with all the
trouble I've had with it recently.

Tools - Options - Advanced tab - T/S section at bottom - check the newsgroup
    box . . . .
