More important than just password is do they have the same e-mail user
name at Tools (ALT+T), Account, Mail, Properties, Servers? If so they
are the same server account. In that case there is no good way to
separate the messages.
Because WLM defaults to Leave a copy on the server (Advanced tab) and OE
doesn't, each WLM account will download a copy of the message from the
server. With OE, only the first account would download all the messages
leaving nothing for the second account. And since OE dumped them all in
the same folder, that wouldn't be obvious.
You can either uncheck the Leave a copy open in BOTH accounts OR on the
General tab uncheck the Include this account when receiving on ONE of
the accounts.
