I run a ham radio Google group and when I post there, the mail takes hours to
get to my MSN address. Also all the members of the group who have msn or
hotmail accounts are bouncing. I figure it may be a MSN problem??????

Yes, it's a Hotmail/MSN problem. The Hotmail servers have very draconian
spam filters.
