Wrong Time Stamp on Inbox Only

Using Windows Live mail. Going through Windows Live messanger all is well. On
the MSN home page - all is well but if I go to the Home Page and click the
mail Icon in the tool bar the Outbox and Sent items box Time Stamps is
correct but the Inbox shows a Time Stamp 3 hrs earlier. If I email myself.
The Email will show for example sent 5/18/2010 4:20 pm recieved 5/18/2010
1:32 pm. Recieved Three hours earlier than sent.

    Please help.

    Fred

You go to what "Home Page"?
This forum is for the Windows Live Mail program, which does not
have a home page. It sounds like your problem is with the web-based
version of Hotmail. Make sure it is configured for the correct time zone.

Hotmail doesn't have an Outbox..the op, if not using WLM, would appear to be using MSN Explorer(MSn Premium)

Windows Live Mail is a desktop client.
Windows Live Hotmail does not have a mail icon on its web UI

Are you using MSN Premium software (Msn Explorer) ????

Ensure your time zone is correct in all places
    - pc
    - your account profile (account.live.com and profile.live.com
    - email software(if applicable)
