Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F

Having problems receiving large email files, such as 2 MB photo attachments.
File downloads into Windows Live Mail, and I can view it, but server
Fuse.net doesn't recognize task as complete. Therefore, Fuse.net resends
the message to me every time my computer checks for new messages. This
causes a bottleneck and I receive many different messages many times. Can
have 300 messages (really only 25) in a 12 hour span.

Here is the message I receive:

Unable to send or receive messages for the spier@newsgroup account. Your
server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this
include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

    Server: 'pop.fuse.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
    Protocol: POP3
    Port: 110
    Secure(SSL): No

    Any help would be appreciated.

If using an AV program that scan's incoming/outgoing email...disable email scanning.
Logon to your email account's web server and delete the message(s) if still present in the Inbox.

Re: Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F

Thanks for the tip. I have had to do this on a weekly basis. I login to my
server, and delete all messages, and then I delete the "trash."

However, the next week I end up doing the same thing.

Still looking for help. Does this have something to do with my weekly file
    back ups?
