Insert | File As Attachment.

Compose in Plain Text(then select Insert/File as Attachment) or drag the file to the open composition window.

If using html....dragging a supported pic file from Explorer to a WLM composition window enables Photo Email(see above method Insert/File etc)


Please type in lower case..upper case is considered shouting..Lower case may also increase the likelihood of response(initially or in the future)
