Finally I have cracked it. I re-added the contact to Windows Live Messenger
using the full email address. I then deleted it again, also blocking it and
removing it from my Hotmail contacts. In Messenger, it now showed as an
ordinary contact. I then deleted it again and it has now gone from My Spaces.
I needed to do this, as I am changing my email address because ever since
using this particular contact the amount of spam I received has gone through
the roof. I can now continue to advise my trusted contacts of my new address
