first sorry if I make mistakes but I dont speak english very well

I am using WLM 8.1 from two different locations.
I dont know why but my name (and picture attached) is not available
through the different location.

In this different location, I am always logging on with an old name
(the last one defined from this computer).

How can we force WLM to use the last name displayed ?
I precise that the option in Options --> General tab is marked ("use
same picture and PSM every time I connect" (something like that I dont
have an english version )
