Ping: Jonathan Kay

Would like to see if you can answer these for me please: What is
LiveCall.exe and what does LiveCall.exe do and since i don't use my
Windows Live Messenger 8.1 Services (messenging, phone, etc)
can it be safely disabled ? I'm trying to lower system resources and
that .exe is up there and if i'm not using it for anything i want to disable
it. Thanks Ron

Re: Ping: Jonathan Kay

Greetings Ron,

Yep, you can move it without any real problem. Although you may need to create a new
Messenger icon to the msnmsgr.exe executable in the Messenger file, as the one the Messenger
installer makes will probably attempt to "repair" the installation because livecall is
missing.
