| | Windows OneCare failed to initiate When I log on Windows OneCare failes to initiate (OxC 0000005). What can I do to address this problem and run Windows OneCare? Same happens with windows messenger. I have XP and got the programs from QWest. |

| | Re: Windows OneCare failed to initiate That was an unacceptable response from Qwest. They offer OneCare for free because they agree to provide support for the product. Windows Live Messenger, being free already, I can understand sending you here, but Windows Live OneCare is a subscription product that they must support.
