Vista - Messages in windows live not going through :(

2nd req :-p Can someone please tell me why... when both parties are shown
ONLINE and are chatting why 1/2 the messages do not go through from
anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours ! lol It happens when ya settings are
online offline it dont matter. Ya use to get the message saying This
message was not received my recipiants or something. now ya dont even get
that so ya cant have a conversation wondering if ya msg went through or
whatever
( I posted this again cuz i did about 10 min ago but i dont see it in the
discussions )

By "ya" and "you" I assume you mean "ma" and "me".
