Vist.....MSN Live... DEP

I cant use my msn after upgrading to Vista. The DEP is not allowing it. And
I cant make it allow it manuel.

Does anyone know what to do??

Greetings Erik,

All [modern] Microsoft clients are fully compliant with DEP
although there have been some problems over the years with Adobe Flash and Messenger, so as a
starting point, you may want to make sure you have the latest flash:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Finally, are you using an Acer laptop out of chance?

Hi,

Gotcha.

This is a known problem with Acer laptops and one of the built-in pieces of software they
use.

You can find an updated version here (also you might want to look to see if there are other
patches for your PC on the Acer site too):
