I have started using WLM and have had some odd connection problems. I
have some contacts who, when I try to send them an IM, will cause WLM
to disconnect. This happens every time I try to contact them. They
however are able to IM with other people without any connection
issues.

At first I thought this was a network problem, but when I turned off
the WLM software and contacted them via Trillian, there were no
problems.

I re-installed the WLM software and I can connect to one of the
contacts that previously disconnected on ever connection attempt, but
another contact is still causing a disconnect on every contact
attempt. I don't even have time to type three words before it
disconnects.

To try to remedy the situation, I turned off everything that you might
suspect of being a problem: Zone Alarm, IM-Secure, and Spyware
Sweeper. Nothing worked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
