Vista - 81000378

Help, have been getting 8100378 error all morning [was fine last night] and
have followed all troubleshooter instructions / connectivity tests but no
joy. Status page says is all is fine but cannot connect to .NET. Any ideas?

I am getting the same error code. I can sign in with my hotmail account, but
not with my msn account. I have followed all of the trouble shooting steps
and registered the dll's. Anything else that I can do? Thanks David

Same here Shirley have logged support call with Microsoft, will let you know
if ever get an answer.

of the time this is a temporary problem on Microsoft's end only affecting a small number of
accounts. All you need to do is try again later or perhaps use the Web Messenger as

The status page will not be updated as its really only updated if there's a longer term,
wider problem.
