Video Calls Slow.. need help !!!!

my video calls are slow because of my new router.. when i was using my modem
it was working really well.. now its damn slow... but i made some port
forwarding stuff... and i wanna what i have to make to increase quality and
speed my video calls

Port forwarding for Messenger isn't going to work as it uses a dynamic port. Instead, what
you need to do is turn on Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) in the router. After that,
Messenger will be able to traverse your router on its own.
