Help! WLM keeps on crashing my PC

WLM 8.5.1302.1018 on Windows XP Home SP2 (Dutch), everything latest updates.

In my previous posting I thought I solved it by disabling Shared folders and
disabling the "Messenger Sharing Folders USN Journal Reader service" in
Services ... I was wrong :-(
Without WLM running my system is rock stable. But when WLM is running, my PC
still crashes and restarts on random. Difference with previous posting is
that my logs don't show anything wrong anymore. Maybe cause I disabled that
sharing stuff.

And one more thing I just noticed lately: I have several contacts but only
with 1 I have this problem: when she sends a emoticon, smiley, animated
thingy ... then the change is big that my PC also crashes and restarts by
itself. She says that she is sending the same emoticons to others and that
those peeps have no trouble what so ever.

Maybe a complete clean install of WLM can help? Do I then need to remove
anything manualy after the uninstall?
