HELP!

HELP! my messenger has been infected with ta worm!! i don't know how to get
rid of it! i've tried reinstalling the software even downloading the new
messenger but the worm is stiil there! here's what the msg look like:

Hi,

Worth trying, but unfortunately in most cases because these worms rarely last long and tend
to spread quickly, the scanners won't have them.

In general it'll just be a running process so all you have to do is bring up the Task
Manager, locate the "weird" process running, and then remove it. Of course, if you're not
that familiar with your PC, this might be a problem.
