| | Sending text to a mobile device I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 with Vista-like GUI. My text messaging was working fine and then without reboot or any changes at all it now comes back with "This message was not sent because messages can't be sent to this mobile number." I hadn't even closed the previous window I used to send a text to the same person that morning. I updated to Version 8.5 in hope that there might be a bug in the earlier version but to avail. Please somebody help! Thanks |

| | Re: Sending text to a mobile device I am having this problem for a few days now and I can not get it fixed. If they send me a message and I reply right then it still does the same thing. | Windows 7 | Re: Sending text to a mobile device If you only experience this issue with a small number of contacts, it could be that they blocked you. If you think this was unintentional, you might send them these instructions for allowing SMS traffic from your account: Windows Live Mobile Messaging |
