"Offer Remote Assistance" is missing from the action list in WLM v

Is there a way to get that back?! It was a very nice and helpful addition in
8.1 and it's sad to see it's gone again.

The actual code is still in the registry for it, Messenger just ignores it.

As such, I haven't been able to resurrect it at all.
