| | Shared folders How often does Messenger attempt to sync shared folders? Sometimes the file transfer will begin immediately when I log in if I know a contact has moved files into my folder. Other times, it will sync right away, but show that there are no files to download when I know there are. I can't see how to force it to look again or how long I will have to wait for it to automatically look again. One more question - other than the physical limitation of each computer, are there any file size restrictions? Thanks for you help. |

After you sign in, the other Messenger clients should recognize that you have Sharing Folders abilities and start synchronization with you. Throwing in and removing a file might wake it up.
