Vista - Internet Explorer unable to load, windows live login?

Hi, have just added the MSN Messenger to my Vista running pc and now
everytime i want to use the Internet Explorer it opens a box which says that
it wants to run - Windows Live Login Browser Helper Obj..? i can click yes to
reduce security or no to block it but both options don't work and it won't
load in the site page i want to visit, i can get round this by opening
another page at the same time.
I would like to some how change the settings so that it won't effect my
Internet Explorer.
Please help otherwise i would have to remove Messenger.

This certainly isn't the normal behavior, but you must have an odd security configuration
setup (probably by a third-party application).

This component actually is separate from Messenger (although it did get installed with it).
It isn't really critical, it merely synchronizes your Messenger sign-in list with the ones on
various Live ID websites. You can certainly live without it.

As such, I think the easiest fix would just be to remove the component. Messenger and the
Live ID sites will continue to work. You can do so by clicking Programs and Features in the
Control Panel, then click the Windows Live Sign-in Assistant, and click Uninstall.
