Please help Error 81000306

I was using Vista Ultimate since it released and I use EDGE internet
using my Nokia N73 me as modem. I have been using live messenger from
the beging. Last 19th March 2008 after I restart my computer I
couldnot open msn homepage (www.msn.com) it was my homepage. Then I
tried to log in to Live messenger But got the error 81000306. I can't
open most of the microsoft related webpage though i can open any other
webpage and Windows updater can't search for update. Last program I
installed before had the problem was Google internet accelerator and I
uninstall it just before the problem occured. The restart was required
for uninstalleation. I tried to solv it using system restore. I was
using Mcafee total protaction 2008 for 3 months. I thied all way I
can. even reinstall farmwire of my N73. Then I delete the partition
containing vista and Install Xp but problem remain as it were. I used
norton antivirus 2007 in Xp. I tried System mechanic 7 it was useless.
I reinstall Vista but all the same. Please somebody Help me, its
making me mad. I don't like my computer go wrong. Plaese Help.

Hello.

From your post, I've read that you've taken the most serious of remedies, which is a reinstall of Vista.

Just to be sure, was this a fresh install of Vista on a recently formatted hard drive?

If it was, and this problem persists, then it must be related to your hardware somehow.

After the fresh install, check your device manager and see if any of your devices are flagged.

Also, you'll want to be sure you have the latest drivers for your hardware (get these from the makers of the hardware).

There has to be some system conflict that exists if you have reinstalled Vista, and unlikely as it seems, some hardware may have become problematic.

Examine your hardware and see what you can find.

Let us know if this works for you.
