Why no solutions???

Can anybody give any explanation about why it is not possible to find
solutions to our questions or ideas to fix our problems in this newsgroup? Is
Microsoft interested in that?

In fact, reading all the messages you can find that only the obvious
problems are solved, but when the question is not included in the "User's
Manual" there is not a reply.

I wonder if the reason is that Microsoft is not interested in giving us some
technical help by this way, or simply that the technical level of the
participants of this group (myself included, of course) is very low and
nobody with some qualification is interested in helping to us.

Sorry, but I have sent several questions regarding WLM in the past 6 months
and I never could find solution to my problems.

RE: Why no solutions???

I wondered that when I posted under "technical difficulties" and still no
answer about WLM problems. I finally clicked on technical support in
messenger and for the past 3 days, I've been doing the same thing over and
over as they suggested. Still no fix. Last email they want me to send info
about my version and other stuff that I would need a computer wiz/technician
to find for me. I'm still unable to use WLM 8.5 or 2008, which ever they
call it now. Depends on which tech your working with I guess.

Well, I just gave up. Did try to contact Microsoft several times, did post
things here ... but nothing. All versions of WLM are crashing my PC (I call
that a major bug) but no reaction from Micro$oft whatsoever,
So, back to MSN Messenger 7.0 now which works great, no PC crash or other
****.

The newsgroups on the MS servers, except for some groups about beta
versions maybe, are from users for users, it's only a place to talk
about something. And don't mistook this MVC, MSP, M.. with MS employee,
this are peoples with a MS certificate, no more.

No, sorry, I guess the MS groups are never read from any MS people.

Re: Why no solutions???

Some groups do have dedicated Microsoft people who post and monitor them.

Messenger people do stop by, from time to time.
