Messenger hacking attempt

I recieved an email from the live.com team saying i had requested my password
to be reset and giving me 2 links one to confirm and the other to cancel. I
didnt make any reset request so i can only imagine that someone was trying
either to access my messenger account or just cause me some annoyance.
However when i try to cancel the request when i put my live id in the
dialogue to cancel the request it says its an invalid id.

Re: Messenger hacking attempt

Greetings Steff,

I get these too. Sometimes the links appear to expire before I get to them.
