"Set as personal message" option in context menu's

My suggestion is actually two-fold.

1) For Windows, create a "universal context menu" feature which extends any
context menu shown in any application. It would be divided in submenus per
providing (or subscribing, so you will) application being run that provides
it's own global context menu options.

2) For Windows Live, you could then create a "Set as personal message"
universal context menu feature for text selected in any application with a
context menu.

Example:

Undo
---
Cut
Copy
Paste
---
Universal features
...Windows Live Messenger
.....Set as personal message
.....Send as new message to Ross Geller (conversation)
.....Send as new message to Joey Tribbiani (conversation)
...Microsoft Office Excel
.....Paste in selected cell
