Vista - problems signing up for Windows Live / Hotmail

Hello,

Are there any other people out here that have been having problems creating
an account for Windows Live or Hotmail the past few days?

I need a substantial amount of accounts to teach my students about Hotmail
and Windows Live Messenger. I tried creating accounts in class, together
with the students, but that usually goes wrong because we all use the same
IP address (one Internet connection for the school).

So then I tried creating accounts myself on several computers but it hasn't
worked once the past few days! Every time I fill out the form, I get the
error "temporarily problem that we're trying to solve" (or something like
that ... I get it in Dutch :-) ) I tried on at least 5 PC's in two different
networks.

How long has this been going on?
